Jesse is the data analyst and social media assistant for the Kasanka Baboon Project. She is an undergraduate student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, United States with a major in pre-veterinary science. Working for KBP has been her first research experience and it has inspired her to combine her passions for veterinary medicine and primatology, after accomplishing her goal of becoming a veterinarian. In summer 2018, Jesse got the amazing opportunity to travel to the KBP research site in Kasanka National Park, Zambia, Africa to learn how to collect field research data from the scouts and researchers residing at our site. She hopes to return to the site before completing her undergraduate career, but in the meantime she is continuing to assist the project from the US.
